Please note, the rounder and smaller look of the eyes before surgery due to her previous blepharoplasty . Note, postoperatively, a more open and almond shape appearance of the eyes due to the endoscopic brow lift and the vertical facelift. Note also, the volume obtained by the combination of the vertical face lift and the fat grafting.

Option

If she would have had a traditional horizontal face lift and no volume replacement she would have looked definitely “pulled”!
